The Process

Prepare to be blown away.

We offer 6 classic styles, from bouncy waves, gorgeous curls to sleek and straight tresses.

Our team will work with you to create the look that is perfect for you.

Step by step:

We prep your hair with an intense shampoo and conditioning wash.
Hair is towel dried.
Conditioning and detangling product applied.
Hair is separated into sections
We go to town, using our specialised blow-dry techniques to reduce frizz and create your perfect style.
Lastly, we use quality hair products to add texture and volume.

The process usually takes 30-45 mins depending on the style selected and group numbers.

Kyra Florance, head honcho of Blow Bar on Queen is a seasoned expert and renowned trainer in the hairdressing industry on the New South Wales South Coast.

Those who know her would say she is just as humble as she is talented – never boasting about her career accomplishments or her unwavering dedication to her craft.

Kyra’s work has taken her across the world to study and work with the best in the business, honing her skills in the industry over the past 25 years.

Kyra is an advocate of lifelong learning and constantly undertakes training, mentoring of others and monitors trends in order to remain up to the minute and sometimes ahead of the trends which sweep across the globe almost in nanoseconds. This dedication to learning and growing allows her to confidently offer the latest styles with ease along with perfecting the classics we all know and love.

Above all, however, Kyra believes in offering top quality customer service and never getting complacent, priding herself on building teams who echo this same sentiment.
